    The State of Wisconsin DOT is looking for Sr Internal Business Systems Analyst.

    DOT Sr Internal Business Systems Analyst

     

    1. Play a key role as the liaison between the WisDOT IT project team and business areas.
    2. Server as the business analyst to identify and document complex workflows critical to the implementation of WisDOTs Safety Data Platform
    3. Manage the project grant scope and reporting requirements.
    4. Coordinate WisDOT business area activities associated with the IT project such as (but not limited to):
    • Scheduling meetings,
    • gathering and documenting business needs and requirements,
    • tracking IT and business area project assignments and status,
    • helping develop business area testing plans and testing schedules,
    • tracking business area testing results,
    • facilitating documentation of business area data and data needs,
    • and helping develop and implement project communication plans.

     

    Experience:

    • 5 years of IT Business Analyst/Business Liaison experience
    • 4 years of collaborating with technical leads and business users to create data mappings.
    • 3 years’ experience with Grant management and reporting.
    • 2 years’ experience with ArcGIS Online
    • Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
    • Excellent written and communication skills.

     

    Top Skills & Years of Experience:

    \- 5 years of Business Analyst/business Liaison experience.

    \- 4 years of collaborating with technical leads and business users to create data mappings.

    \- 3 years’ experience with Grant management and reporting.

    \- 2 years’ experience with ArcGIS Online

    Remote or On-site? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid schedule. Typically, on-site 2 days, remote 3 days.
