There are 3 Certifications Required. OnBase Systems Administrator (OSCA), OnBase Workflow Administrator Certification (OCWA), and OnBase WorkView Developer Certification (OCWV). Documentation will be asked for before hiring decision made. Responsibility of Supplier or Contractor to keep up certifications after hired.

This position will:

• work with the team and business management to plan and prioritize tickets
• triage issues and requests to estimate hours and priority
• effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
• use self-initiative to plan work to meet due dates
• work with business staff to resolve production issues
• gather and analyze business requirements and create technical solution designs that effectively meet the business need in a manner consistent with agency best practices
• design, develop, test, implement, and support complex functionality using OnBase modules including Workflow, WorkView, Reporting Dashboards, and Document Composition
• support, maintain, and create Document Types, DIP, and custom queries
• support and maintain Unity scripts and API’s
• create documentation for migrations to user test (UAT) and production (PRD) environments
• assist user testing including preparing data for them to use or to demonstrate the change works
• maintain documentation

Required certifications:

• OnBase System Administrator certification (OCSA)
• OnBase Workflow Administrator certification (OCWA)
• OnBase WorkView Developer Certification (OCWV)

   

  Required skills:

• 3-4 year’s experience building complex solutions using Hyland OnBase platform.
• Experience developing and supporting functionality using the Hyland OnBase ECM Content Platform V18 or higher in a large & complex organization.
• Experience building complex solutions using Hyland OnBase ECM Content Platform modules: WorkView, Workflow, and Document Composition.
• Experience in Reporting Dashboards.
• Experience working with OnBase clients including Unity client, Thick client, Config client, Template builder.
• Experience with Document Type Configuration and permissions management (preferably with override permissions)
• Experience working with business analyst or business staff to identify and understand business need, design technical solution, develop, test, implement changes, and monitor system processing.
• Experience working with business users to resolve production issues
• Strong communication skills including verbal and written
• Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills
• Ability to participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews

 

Nice to have qualifications include:

• OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator (OCAWA)
• OnBase Application Programming Interface certification (OCAPI)
• Experience with Full Text Search, Integration for Outlook Client, Unity scripts, and Unity API.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and C#, particularly in conjunction with OnBase Unity API modules and OnBase Unity scripts
• Experience in a leadership role such as OnBase Application Solutions Architect.
• Experience developing OnBase forms (Unity forms, E-forms, Image forms) and publishing them
• Experience with EP3 or newer release
• Knowledge of differences between OnBase v18 and EP3 or newer versions.
• Experience working with State Government or Environmental organizations
