Sundial Software is hiring a Scrum Master/PMP:
The general requirements are:

• College education
• Scrum master certificate
• Strong knowledge and experience on software development cycles and agile team/project management
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of Jira and TestRail would be plus
• PMP certificate would be a plus
• Knowledge and experience of working with hardware/instruments would be a plus
• Experience working with hardware and working with cross-functional teams (software, hardware and firmware).

a. Collaborate with the current Scrum Masters to understand the specific needs and challenges of each team.

b. Assume the Scrum Master's role for the identified teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing the backlog, and removing impediments.

c. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the teams, helping them improve their Agile practices, collaboration, and productivity.

d. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and management to ensure alignment and support for the teams' goals.

e. Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the teams to implement changes gradually, focusing on stability and minimizing disruption.

f. Monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

g. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams' understanding and adoption of Scrum principles and best practices.

h. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of Agile techniques.
