    Job Description

    The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the administrative assistance and support to the Sales Department. This position typically does not sell products, services, or work directly with customers but assist a remote and in-house sales force by setting appointments, ensuring that salespeople have a sufficient supply of samples, brochures, and other sales materials, sends materials as needed for trade shows, and collaborate with other departments, such as production, operations, and finance.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Support the Salesperson to follow up on order execution, from point when order is signed until goods are fully delivered.

    ·         Assist and coordinate in the warehouse to fulfill all client’s request, including the coordination with technical, logistic, finance, production departments and support the Salesperson to maintain the good relation with the clients.

    ·         Organize the sales meeting regularly and collect sales data including executed orders.

    ·         Follow up with all current orders which include; communication with the production/planning/logistic departments to ensure the timely delivery time.

    ·         Support the Salesperson to coordinate with technical/production/planning/logistic department to seize the opportunities for new orders.

    ·         Update each order progress to the Sales Order Follow-Up Sheet and have Supervisor review.

    ·         Organize the Sales meeting every week and report during the meeting for all order execution progress.

    ·         Critically solve problems during the sales process.

    ·         Collecting Rolling Sales Forecast weekly from each Salesperson and gather information and report during weekly sales meeting.

    ·         Follow up with Rolling sales forecast table from each Salesperson and collect the progress on a daily basis.

    ·         Coordinate with the Finance Department to update documents needed for the Sales Department including; signed sales contract, Amendment, Delivery Receipt, etc.

    ·         Conduct Cash In and Cash Out Plan.

    ·         Excellent problem-solving skills

    ·         Experience in Microsoft office products in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook

     

    EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED

    ·         Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration or related profession/field required.

     

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    ·         Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, and finance or a combination of both related field.
