We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and driving sales. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries
- New customer acquisition
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Meet all requirements by client
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, sales, or service industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- 1-2 years leadership experience
- Driven an motivated individual
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
