Job Description

Family owned business seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. We sell all types of eyewear and prescription sunglasses through Bikershades.com, Sunglassmonster.com, Amazon, Walmart.com and Ebay. Our office is located off of Midway & Trinity Mills in Carrollton, TX. We can provide training about optical eyewear. Hours will be from 8 am to 3~4 pm. Paid lunch breaks and Paid holidays in addition to 5 personal paid holidays first year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all online prescription eye wear orders from START to FINISH, which includes taking Rx orders from customers, corresponding with our lab, answering customer questions and shipping completed products to customers. 80% of customers will be motorcycle riders.
• Recommend prescription options to customers.
• Resolve customer service issues, Process all returns and exchanges.
• Answering all customer service emails from website, Ebay and Amazon customers.
• Maintain inventory of prescription frames.
• Assist daily picking, shipping and order fulfillment (very hands on.) All indoors.
• Maintain Ebay, Amazon and website feedback and rating systems.
• Correspond with Amazon and Ebay regarding fee credits and refunds.
• Answering incoming phone calls.
• Assistance with ecommerce projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience a plus.
• Customer service oriented and enjoys speaking to customers on the phone
• QUICK LEARNER, sharp, intelligent and focused
• CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY, FEELS LIKE RUNNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS
• TEAM player, excellent communicator
• Ability to handle a light physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, does not like to be bored
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• PROACTIVE and efficient
• Okay with our small dog in the office
