    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll personnel.
    • Perform monthly account reconciliations and general ledger transactions.
    • Prepare routine financial reports for operational review and decision-making.
    • Review and analyze month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial data
    • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to review with the COO
    • Perform budget to actual analysis.
    • Monitor sources and uses of cash as well as provide balance sheet and cash flow forecasting throughout the company
    • Oversee business insurance and licensing requirements.
    • Performing regular inter-company audits.
    • Manage banking relationships.
    • Provide various financial analysis reports as requested.
    • Assist with other projects and general office support tasks as needed.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years accounting experience
    • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices, policies and procedures, and budgeting
    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical and self-management skills
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
    • Strong use of Excel and other Microsoft Office software applications

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
