Sunniva LLC is the parent company of Juany Cleaning Service and Aqua Clear Pool Care with deep roots in Austin. We are growing fast and are excited to welcome a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to our team! We are located in 78704.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
- Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from prospects and customers.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Resolve or diffuse customer issues and provide timely feedback to operations manager regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records by immediately updating account information in Jobber and Quickbooks Online.
- Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their service experience.
- Communicate with the field technicians for updates and customer preferences.
- Work in partnership with other employees to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous scheduling and/or call center experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate well, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
- Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Excellent team player.
- Experience with Jobber and Quickbooks online preferred.
