NOW HIRING! Interviewing immediately for a Receptionist/Assistant Sunny Hills Management Co, Inc. (SHM) is a professional property management and asset management company which has been in operation since 1993. The SHM real estate portfolio is approximately 4 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and residential properties throughout Southern California with assets in Orange County, Los Angeles County’s Southeast Region, Long Beach, South Bay, LAX vicinity, San Gabriel Valley, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. This position supports the Property Manager with the day to day administrative and management tasks (coordinating and communicating with vendors, tenants, in-house maintenance department, etc.) and serve as the executive suite receptionist (answering phones, handle mail distribution, ordering office supplies, greeting clients, coordinating with tenants, etc.). Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Qualifications: • Experience in property management, receptionist, or customer service • Experience using AppFolio is a plus • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Paint and Power point • Excellent phone etiquette • Strong written and verbal skills • Strong organization skills • Able to follow up with tenants regarding late rent, collections and past due invoices • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, tenants and associates • Must have ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively when needed
