This role is a part-time role with the following hours. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Qualifications
Using strong hospitality focus serves as the first and central point of contact for service-related issues. Answers employee questions and assists as applicable. Develops and delivers personalized service. Screens employees following covid protocols act as a guide for agency staff, and document required items. Maybe responsible for supporting the sales process and sharing the responsibility of census goals.
Essential Duties: Screens incoming employees. Greets and sign in all visitors. Provide direction/ or information to visitors, guests, and vendors. Provide clerical assistance as needed. Ability to type letters of correspondence, memorandums, reports, forms, etc. Receives and processes work orders for the community. Manages office equipment and supplies.
