Our proprietary technology enables efficient and scalable energy storage, allowing for increased integration of renewable energy sources into the grid and reducing reliance on fossil fuels. The company’s goal is to develop commercial grade energy storage systems (ESS) and build product lines with 2GWh annual production capability by the end of 2024. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic System Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

· Design and implement electrical and control systems for lithium power batteries and energy storage systems.

· Participate in the grid-scale energy storage system integration.

· Collaborate with other engineers to move projects forward.

· Provide technical support to battery pack manufacturing and system integration.

· Participate in data analysis and fault diagnosis of complex hardware & software interactions.

· Perform simulations and research studies as necessary.

· Track issues and drive root cause identification and resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

· BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Software Engineering. MS is preferred.

· 3-5 years industrial experience.

· Skilled in one or more: C / C++ / Python / MATLAB.

· Good understanding of power grid and electric circuits.

· Experience with operating lab equipment and measurement tools.

· Experience with authoring professional reports to present test data and results.

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
