ADT SOLAR is looking for a DEALER SUCCESS MANAGER. As the DEALER SUCCESS MANAGER, you will consistently champion opportunities to improve the ADT Solar experience for our dealer partners. Success Managers own the job from beginning to completion and manages the relationship between the dealer and ADT Solar.
OUR DEALER SUCCESS MANAGER:
Conduct daily phone calls internally and externally to drive project movement and increase sales quality Be available for questions and collaboration with dealer sales representatives and dealer managers Point-of-contact with dealer partners Bridge communication between our leadership operations team to drive resolution and increase production Complete all milestone communications throughout solar installation projects (4-6 months), including introduction calls, customer satisfaction calls and solar system activation/troubleshooting. Possess strong technical proficiency in:
Initiate the circulation of information from product knowledge to operating procedures Diligently plan their days requiring minimal supervision Guide team members in effective customer issue resolution and handle any escalations. Overcome customer objections Continually push projects to get to completion, working with partnering departments. QUALIFICATIONS:
