SUNPRO SOLAR is looking for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ACCOUNT MANAGER, for our SAVANNAH, GA. Territory. As the ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will champion opportunities to consistently improve the Sunpro Solar experience for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform all ‘Welcome Calls’ to new Sunpro customers.
• Design Approved Call.
• Always provide consistent, honest updates to your customers.
• Day After Install Completion.
• Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf.
• Guide team members in effective client issue resolution and handle any escalations.
• Develop listening points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Test new strategies for driving customer value.
