A growing franchise Palm Beach Tan with 6 locations in the Jackson market is searching for a General Manager - Must be enthusiastic and have retail experience and love a fun environment.

PBT salon managers are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resource management.

Typical responsibilities of the job include: * recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff * managing budgets * maintaining statistics * promoting and marketing the business * dealing with customer queries and complaints * overseeing pricing and stock control * maximizing profitability and meeting sales goals * preparing promotional materials and displays.
