    Job Description

    We are seeking a Full-Time International Human Resources Representative to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •    Provide excellent customer service to all employees that need Human Resources assistance. •    Act as point of contact for CPO’s globally for standardization of Sunrider HR processes and procedures. •    Collect HR monthly reports from affiliates, highlight and follow up outstanding issues •    Assist in the development and updating of company-wide global job descriptions, and etc; work directly with CPO’s to properly update and standardize job descriptions and maintain the Sunrider global job description library. •    Assist in organization chart, employee handbook, HR policies •    Provide administrative support for various HR programs that tie to employee recognition, morale, and satisfaction i.e. Employee of the Month, Holiday Celebrations as well as standardizing global employee engagement appreciation initiatives as it relates to area culture. •    Support the HQ HR team with performance management reporting and audits. Will act as liaison to HRD’s global to standardize PM practices. •    Compile onboarding materials, create packets, set up room, facilitate, and create continued program improvements for onboarding activities for new hire orientation. Assist CPO and global HRD’s with standardizing Sunrider onboarding process.  •    Coordinate employee separations and off-boarding related activities. Assist CPO and global HRD’s with standardizing Sunrider offboarding process.  •    Scheduling: interviews, meetings, trainings for HQ. Responsible for personnel file accuracy and      maintenance on interim as needed basis •    Organize and Track specialized HR Trainings for HQ. Training needs •    Staff development •    Work on special projects/auditing as assigned to assist and provide administrative support to the Human Resources department •    Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 3 years experience in Human Resources; preferably in generalist HR activities
    • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
