Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. We are a public adjusting company looking to grow our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Schedule home inspections
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- File insurance claims on behalf of policy holders
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
