We are looking for the right person to help us expand our Indianapolis market share. We are a 34-year temporary climate solutions company with an extensive fleet of equipment and a solid reputation in the marketplace. Our vision is to be the first call for temporary climate control solutions in the markets we service.
The ideal candidate must live within 30 minutes of Indianapolis, have demonstrated success in sales, and be looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You will be responsible for developing new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts, in the Indianapolis market.
Opportunity:
- $60,000/year Base Salary + Commission (Expected OTE year 1 of $100,000 to $132,000).
- Paid time off of 13 days per year with 6 paid holidays.

Job Responsibilities:
- Find and pursue new leads and opportunities. (Leads will come from within current client accounts in Indianapolis, Connectwise CRM, Construct Connect database, IBJ lists, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, etc.)
- Make cold and warm calls on construction jobsites. (You will be calling on and meeting with project managers, superintendents, C-suite/owners of construction job sites.)
- Maintain and grow assigned existing accounts in the Indianapolis area.
- Consultatively sell, qualify, and close ideal sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Document sales activities using Connectwise CRM (including prospecting activities, site calls and meetings, calls, quotes, follow ups, etc.).
- Create and implement temporary climate control plans. (Items include How much heat is needed on job, what kind of heat is needed, what kind of power is available, what kind of flame is available, when, what use for, etc.)
- Territory is a 1.5 to 2-hour radius around the greater Indianapolis area.
Qualifications to Apply:
- Willing and able to perform required prospecting activities listed above.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently perform sales activities (Ex: prospecting/make calls/get on construction sites/set appointments, follow ups/set next steps with commitments, qualify/move sales deals along, close deals, etc.).
- Good mechanical understanding and application (You understand how to fix things and how things work – electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc., You are “a tinkerer”.).
- Background of working around plumbing, electrical items (Ex: water heaters, dishwashers, clothes dryers, plumbing, etc.).
- Any education level is accepted.
- Previous sales experience working with commercial construction preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
