CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our Customer service representative are working directly with creditors to build rapport and obtain the best settlements for our clients' unsecured debt.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
CSR contact and build solid relationship with creditors, collection agencies, and attorneys/law firms to negotiate unsecured debts for a reduced settlement on client’s behalf.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED SKILLS:
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
