Inside Sales – Business Development Representative
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our Sales/Business Development team. You will grow the pipeline for Sunrise Landscape sales by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. As we continue our growth, the Business Development Rep is a meaningful position focused on cultivating relationships with new prospective clients by utilizing phone and other channels to create, nurture and expand those relationships by securing appointments for the Outside Sales Team/Business Development Executives. Location:
The role must be located in the Tampa, FL area (no exceptions) and will require someone to be in the office at least 2 days per week followed by a hybrid schedule of remote and field time (with the Business Development Executives). Please note that candidates outside of the Tampa area will not be considered.

This role will have a base salary plus commission compensation offering. The base salary will range from $50,000-55,000 annually (DOE) with a commission opportunity of an additional 20,000-30,000 in the first full year. New employees will receive ramp-up time upon hire to supplement a portion of the commissions.
