    Talent Acquisition & People Operations Coordinator

    For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central/Southern Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for a bi-lingual Talent Acquisition/People Operations Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will have the opportunity to play a critical role to help attract and build a diverse workforce with an emphasis on an excellent candidate/people experience.

    Sunrise Landscape & it's affiliated companies, have multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Tampa, FL by the Westshore District. Only candidates local to Tampa will be considered and contacted.

    What You Will Do:

    • Support the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders in coordinating interview schedules, conducting phone screens, and moving candidates through our process.
    • Develop and offer creative/innovative strategies to obtain talent in our industry.
    • Plans/oversees and creates a positive experience for candidates throughout their recruiting/hiring process.
    • Coordination of Applicant Tracking System and vendor relationship.
    • Partners with internal team members on the onboarding process.
    • Develop weekly reports & dashboards for hiring & recruiting.
    • Editing & formatting documents; assist with data entry.
    • Facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires and serve as a back-up for completing e-verify and i9 documentation.
    • Support a variety of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives including branding, marketing, diverse recruiting efforts (universities, trade schools, etc.) and social media outreaches.

    What You Bring To Us:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
    • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant work experience HR/Talent Acquisition.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, a big plus for Greenhouse knowledge!
    • Experience working with Human Resource data systems strongly preferred.
    • Tech-saavy with social media, apps & creative recruitment ideas.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working with highly confidential information.
    • Strong sense of urgency, prioritization skills and accountability.
    • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required. This is not negotiable.

    Additional Information:

    • Salary will commensurate with experience but will range between $50,000-53,000 annually + a 5% bonus.
