Job Description

Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a WORDPRESS GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGNER. This is for an initial duration of 6 MONTHS and is located in BEAVERTON, OR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Wordpress website development in partnership with our internal web development team

·         Develop compelling visual onboarding toolkit for the SOLE website, through typographic, photographic, illustrative and other graphic elements

·         Present the end user with a visual interface so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

·         Designing and creating new content to support training courses and programming

·         Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content

·         Applying design thinking and instructional design methodology to the creation of new and existing content

·         Supporting the team with design consultation and collaboration

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·         Proven experience creating WordPress websites and/or apps for mobile devices and digital content creation

·         Expertise in UX/UI design and using WordPress tools such as Beaver Builder

·         Proven expert ability to understand and incorporate web design principles

·         Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design through the Adobe Creative Suite

·         Thoughtful communicator and excellent team player

·         Strong instincts for how layout, composition, type, color and images contribute to impactful training

·         Conceptual thinker who sees design as visual communication and executes to the highest level

·         Self-managed, self-motivated, and can also work well in team collaborative environment

·         Enjoys working with tight deadlines

·         Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail, clear communication and professionalism

·         Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually compelling designs that support learning content & experiences

·         Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and provide guidance with functional expertise
