- Minneapolis has $300 million in Written Premium and includes a team of approximately 55 professionals.
- Its territory includes Minnesota and the Dakotas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Administrative support to Branch Manager and Minneapolis leadership team.
- Manage correspondence, reports and documents to/from Branch
- Provide monthly reports to Cornerstone & Emerging Agents
- Prepare and distribute quarterly financial results to all appointed agents; maintain contingent tracking.
- Maintain agency contact information
- Process and track Branch Manager T&E and general expenses, charitable contributions
- Schedule and maintain calendars, arrange travel for Branch Manager, organize meetings, coordinate conference calls, provide necessary reports for meetings
- Demonstrate proficiency at multiple management reporting systems including Tracker, MIS 2.0, Client, Procomp, Qlik, Cross Fire, Travel Dashboard and Branch Producer Travel Report
- Maintain accurate and complete agency, meeting and subject files
- Work with agency services to ensure agency codes, licensing, producer agreements, agency transfers and commissions are accurate in Agency Management System
- Prepare all slides for Branch presentations
- Coordinate local Client Charity Challenge and other business events throughout the year
- Serve as a central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication and coordinate the flow of information throughout the branch
- Coordinate and manage flow of external communication to agents Qualifications
- Ability to engage with individuals of all levels of authority within the organization as well as outside companies in a courteous, professional manner.
- Demonstrate discretion and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Thorough knowledge of expense budgeting procedures including preparation and tracking.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) is required. Experience with Concur is a plus.
- Proactive. Takes initiative. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Flexible. Able to handle diverse project details efficiently and effectively.
