    Sunrise System Inc. is currently looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in BETHLEHEM, PA with one of our top clients. JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative JOB ID: 22-06036 LOCATION: Bethlehem, PA 18018 DURATION: 6 months POSITION TYPE: Hourly contract Position (W2 only) NOTE: Company policy requires newly hired employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of their start date.     • The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
    • A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
    • Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide timely customer service via incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
    • Quote and issue new business and endorsements; respond to agent inquiries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
    • Learn and apply basic property and casualty insurance principles with a high regard for accuracy
    • Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries
    • Complete assigned tasks and duties

    SKILLS:

    • Profession verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
    • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
    • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
