We design, install, and warranty every solar system we sell, which allows us to offer transparent service to our customers.

We have a long-standing reputation as a local installer. We have been selling and installing solar for 15 years, while managing a 5 star reputation. We offer today's top products, like QCell , Tesla, and Enphase, and we sell at a very competitive price point.

Role Description

This is a full-time position as an Outside Sales Representative. We provide warm leads. You should expect 10+ warm leads per week on average. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling solar and energy storage solutions to mostly residential and some commercial clients. The Sales Representative will be expected to spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with clients, performing site visits, and following up on leads. Weekly sales meeting at the home office in Auburn are required. The successful sales rep will also be expected to work referrals from our existing customers. There is a bonus commission for self generated leads.

Earning potential is over $200,000.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years solar sales experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in new business development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with solar energy industry and concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required)
