NO COLD CALLING!
These individuals will be responsible for generating sales, servicing existing customers and assist in targeting new customers. The Sales Professional is responsible for verifying customer’s current insurance and exploring insurance opportunities.
Sales Professionals are also responsible for cross sales, outgoing follow up calls, prospecting given leads and building business referral relationships. Candidate will also answer incoming phone calls and process policy changes as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate should be professional, customer focused, have excellent people skills, and have a strong work ethic; Be organized, able to multi-task and be efficient. Candidate should be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude.
P&C LICENSE PREFERRED (MIN PERSONAL LINES REQUIRED) __ ~ strong sales experience a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

Full Time position: 4 DAY WORK WEEK/10 Hour daily schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Commensurate with experience. First year estimated income range $50,000 to $75,000 salary plus commission.
