    Your responsibilities as a Barista include but are not limited to:

    Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks:

    Follow standard recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality.

    Grind coffee beans and measure precise amounts for each drink.

    Use espresso machines, coffee makers, and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare beverages.

    Froth milk and create latte art for specialty drinks.

    Garnish and present drinks in an appealing manner.

    Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner:

    Greet customers with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.

    Take orders and assist customers in selecting beverages that suit their preferences.

    Provide recommendations based on customers' taste preferences and suggest suitable alternatives.

    Engage in conversation with customers, creating a pleasant and personalized experience.

    Possess a deep knowledge of coffee and tea products:

    Understand the origin, characteristics, and flavor profiles of different coffee and tea varieties.

    Stay updated on current industry trends, new blends, and brewing techniques.

    Educate customers about the different brewing methods and their effects on taste.

    Offer detailed descriptions of coffee and tea offerings to enhance customers' understanding and appreciation.

    Maintain a clean and organized workspace:

    Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and free from clutter.

    Follow proper cleaning and maintenance procedures for coffee equipment, including regular descaling and maintenance.

    Ensure proper storage of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients to maintain freshness.

    Monitor and replenish supplies as needed, such as coffee filters, milk, and syrups.

    Collaborate with the team to create a positive atmosphere:

    Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

    Support and assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure efficient service.

    Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere for customers, contributing to a welcoming environment.

    Provide recommendations and answer customer questions:

    Demonstrate knowledge and passion for coffee and tea products.

    Help customers explore different flavors and options based on their preferences.

    Offer information about the origin, brewing methods, and unique characteristics of various beverages.

    Address customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful responses.

    Support the bar team and maintain cleanliness:

    Assist in preparing beverages during peak hours to ensure timely service.

    Work closely with the baristas and other team members to ensure smooth beverage preparation and delivery.

    Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and the bar area regularly.

    Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in the bar area throughout the day.
