    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation

    Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and training as needed

    Develop and maintain standardized recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency

    Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients, minimizing waste, and optimizing cost-efficiency

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

    Collaborate with the front-of-house team to coordinate food service and address any guest inquiries or special requests

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

    Three Years Kitchen Management Experience

    Leadership and Mentoring Skills

    Proven Track Record of Profitable Kitchen

    Organizational Skills

    Time Management

    Menu Planning and Recipe Development

    The Kitchen Manager should be proficient in managing the kitchen budget, optimizing cost-efficiency through inventory control and strategic purchasing decisions.

    Knowledge of health and safety regulations is crucial to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with relevant laws.

    A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety practices, and proper food handling is essential to maintain food quality and prevent any food-borne illnesses.
