Basic Function: The Sales and Estimator Assistant position is an entry level position designed for someone looking to learn sales. The Sales and Estimator Assistant’s primary duty is to educate customers on solutions for their window concerns and to support the growth of the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects and clientele through comprehensive cost estimating and project awards. The Sales and Estimator Assistant will also help in all areas relating to selling and preparing work to be proposed by doing site visits, gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents for construction, commercial and residential customers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including but not limited to assisting on site visits, installations and repairs.

Requirements:

Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Valid US Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:?

Ability to lift 50-70 lbs without restrictions.

Ability to climb a ladder.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
