Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and working on the floor primarily servicing our predominantly men clientele

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the salon

Hire, train, and supervise hair stylist's

Create employee schedules

Order products and maintain inventory

Ensure that the staff keep up with their online training classes

Adhere to the highest standards in beauty treatments and health and safety

Qualifications

Previous experience as a salon manager or similar position

Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully

Must have a current Vermont Cosmetology License
