POSITION:

• Shift Leader ($13/hr + tips)

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years previous restaurant management experience in a high volume + upscale casual quick serve restaurant
• Basic prep cook experience
• Point of sale systems + computer skills

JOB SCOPE:

• Train, coach and guide team members
• Manage the team’s appearance and performance
• Manage the shift to ensure the lowest possible wait times and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards
• Manage shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization and overall labor efficiency during the shift.
• Manage and ensures that all cash handling, reconciliation and credit card procedures are followed on the shift to ensure the safe-keeping of our employees and the security of all cash and credit card transactions.
• Address all time-clock issues on the shift.
• Lead the team through a smooth and clean closing process.
• Follow all cash-out procedures at the end of shift.
