Responsibilities: • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • In addition to your own prospecting ability and the assistance of our lead generation system, you'll be responsible for scheduling new appointments • Manage product applications and keep up to date with the processing of new applications according to the individual carrier product requirements • Continuously provide outstanding professional customer service by being courteous to clients and respecting their privacy at all times while onboarding new clients and/or maintaining existing clients • Being able to attend agency-provided training and meetings • Meeting your contract validation Qualifications: • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Current Life & Health insurance license is required • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Previous life insurance experience is a must, at least 2 yearsMust have an Active Life License in the state you reside in (But having Both Life and Health License is Greatly Valued ) • This is a remote position in the United States, so you must reside in the U.S. and be able to legally work in the United States • Insurance Sales and/or prior Sales position experience is highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Compensation: $120,000 at plan commission
