About the Role
Sunshine Joy is seeking a focused and reliable Sales & E-Commerce Assistant to support the operational and customer-facing side of our online and wholesale business. This role combines sales support, order management, product listing updates, and general ecommerce tasks that keep our multi-channel operations running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and interested in learning the behind-the-scenes systems of a growing e-commerce company. Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and managing online and wholesale orders
- Maintain product listings across Shopify, Faire, Amazon, OpenCart, eBay, and more
- Organize and track inventory levels in coordination with warehouse staff
- Support customer communication via email and online platforms
- Prepare and update spreadsheets related to pricing, SKUs, and product details
- Ensure accurate product content, descriptions, and SEO metadata
- Assist with digital organization and light creative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical work
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic e-commerce tools
- Organized, focused, and able to meet deadlines independently
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Previous e-commerce or wholesale experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in learning product-based business operations and systems
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Weekday availability required
- In-person preferred; flexibility may be available
