About the Role

Sunshine Joy is hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for packing and shipping orders, receiving inventory, organizing stock, and helping maintain the overall flow of our workspace.

This is a hands-on role best suited for individuals who are focused, punctual, and take pride in doing things correctly. If you're interested in gaining experience in e-commerce logistics and working within a product-based business, this may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and ship online and wholesale orders
• Receive, check, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse environment
• Label and prepare products for stocking or shipment
• Assist with shipping documentation and order prep
• Follow established systems and procedures with precision
• Learn our processes and grow into expanded responsibilities over time

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay focused and follow instructions carefully
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic
• Able to lift and move boxes as part of daily work
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse, retail, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Weekday availability preferred (flexible scheduling possible)
• Must be able to work on-site in Woonsocket, RI
• Reliability, consistency, and focus are key to success in this role
