You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience High school diploma or GED required Track record of successful real estate sales • A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
