We are seeking a Client Care Specialist/Receptionist to join our team!

We value our reception staff as the “face” and “voice” of our practice and are seeking an EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL to join our group of veterinary professionals. This position is to support the current reception staff.
Our ideal receptionist must have a FRIENDLY, OUTGOING PERSONALITY, A SINCERE DESIRE TO HELP OUR CLIENTS, above average speaking and telephone skills, and a patient and empathetic demeanor. They will have PROVEN CLERICAL/GENERAL OFFICE SKILLS, be reliable, detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task, think critically, and work with little supervision. The ability to quickly and accurately take phone messages and relay information is critical . A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OFFICE RECEPTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We have a large staff so the ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND WORK WELL WITH OTHERS IS IMPORTANT. They will also be able to lift up to #20 occasionally . Bi-lingual (english/spanish) a plus!

The full time position includes 3 to 4 10 hour shifts per week and includes Saturdays and Sundays. No evenings past 7 pm. Scheduling flexibility is a must.
