Large Construction Company looking for a Landscape Operations Manager to join our growing organization. The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Verify all contractual terms and obligations are being met and maintained. Prepare and attend project kick off meetings, daily planning and scheduling activities, analyze, monitor project performance data, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, review and furnish submittals and approvals, communicate possible delays or problems to appropriate parties, drive multiple projects daily, collaborate with sales and purchasing teams, create and request material resources, maintain company inventories. The position is ultimately responsible for leading the division, keeping each crew on schedule, within budget, and with a quality finished product.
Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary). Typical work week 55-60 hrs.
Required Skills and Experience
Basic understanding of finance, accounting and basic contracting.
5 Years minimum in "LANDSCAPE" Construction related position, Preferred
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
Possess high critical thinking and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in a similar position.
Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, or related field.
