Job Summary: We are a growing SW Florida fence company seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative for fence installation estimates leading to sales. Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter. Previous experience in Outside Sales and past residential/commercial fence estimating preferred. The selected Candidate will be responsible for sales to residential, commercial and fencing repairs. We provide an excellent pay structure with a base pay plus weekly commission. We will provide a company vehicle after 90 days of employment & meeting sales quota.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Meet with potential clients to determine customer's needs.
• Be the main point of contact with the client. Answer client questions about products, prices and give estimates.
• Keep in contact with clients after the contract signing to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with owners, installers, and office staff on changes and adjustments to estimates as well as possible installation issues.
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Be proficient in Word, Excel, and Gmail as well as familiarity with iPad and iPhone.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Supplemental pay types: Weekly Commission pay and Monthly bonus

Work from home 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Early Evening & Weekend availability
