We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual committed to a fit lifestyle to work as an Operations Team Member. We need an individual to welcome our students, sign them into class, conduct new student orientations and keep the studio clean!

Full-time or Part-time.

Flexible schedule and shifts that we will determine together during your interview. Must work a minimum of 12 hours a week to receive a free studio membership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous front desk or customer relations experience (fitness preferred)

Must be hospitable, consistent, observant, kind, grateful, and engaged

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively

Competent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a "10 Experience" for our members.

Support the health and growth of the studio.

New member orientation and enrollment (Including related paperwork and administration).

Facility care, cleanliness, and tidiness.

Sign-in existing members into our software.

Respond to member suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.

Take ownership of challenges, you cannot resolve, by finding the appropriate team member who can directly assist.

Communicate appropriately and efficiently to your manager any gaps in customer service, training, staffing, or facility needs.

Report maintenance issues using appropriate communication tools.
