Sunteck_tts_, a leading 3rd party logistics company is looking for talented, energetic, and motivated individuals for its Charlotte office. Our business entails continuous phone and email interaction with manufacturers and transportation companies to move freight all across the US and Canada. Our fast-paced atmosphere resembles that of a stock brokerage. Sunteck_tts_ is currently hiring for operations, sales, and customer development to handle the high volume of scheduling, dispatching, selling and customer service for our substantial customer base. SKILLS: The primary responsibility would be to provide superior customer service to customers and carriers while negotiating freight at competitive rates and handling the coordination of that freight with accuracy and attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solicit new business from shippers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Manage and develop business customers
• Implement cost effective solutions professionally
• Dispatch/coordinate between carrier drivers/dispatch and customers on load information
• Post freight on various load boards and call carriers to book shipments
• Confirm/verify rate and credit information prior to dispatch
• Request & verify contracts/credit lines/insurance
• Maintain On-time Pick-Up and Delivery performance
• Assess customer and carrier needs quickly
• Problem solve driver/carrier issues
• Track carriers and drivers from dispatch through delivery
• Data Entry into our proprietary database and our CRM
• Lead Generation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills are a must
• Self driven and motivated people will succeed here
• Sales experience is a plus but not necessary
• Must be able to multi-task
