Suntiva is looking for a TRAINING EVALUATION ANALYST to apply their academic training in adult learning or workforce development and experience developing quantitative and qualitative surveys that uncover the real impact of training initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the workforce development division of the National, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), the third largest institute at NIH.
What You Will Be Doing
You will collaborate workforce development program managers to determine the most effective ways to evaluate training program effectiveness using proven evaluation methodologies and techniques. You will also be responsible for designing effective quantitative and qualitative surveys and associated data collection methods, as well as analyzing research results to make recommendations that inform future enterprise training programs.
