Suntiva is looking for a TRAINING EVALUATION ANALYST to apply their academic training in adult learning or workforce development and experience developing quantitative and qualitative surveys that uncover the real impact of training initiatives.  You will be responsible for supporting the workforce development division of the National, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), the third largest institute at NIH.   

What You Will Be Doing

You will collaborate workforce development program managers to determine the most effective ways to evaluate training program effectiveness using proven evaluation methodologies and techniques. You will also be responsible for designing effective quantitative and qualitative surveys and associated data collection methods, as well as analyzing research results to make recommendations that inform future enterprise training programs.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• BS Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Workforce Development or Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience designing, administering, and analyzing training evaluations using proven methodologies that include ROI analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing and delivering reports and presentations
• Excellent project and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills

IF YOU HAVE THIS, IT IS A PLUS

• Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Certification 
• Experience consulting in a Federal agency within Health and Human Services (HHS) (e.g., NIH, FDA).
