Job Description

Essential Job Duties: • Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Create and manage social media content calendars and schedule posts • Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and other changes • Collaborate with outside marketing agency on social media strategy • Create and edit engaging content, including blogs, PR articles, directory listings, and CRM email templates • Assist/coordinate video content creation • Manage the home office email communication through CRM application • Conduct a brand compliance check for all Dealers' online presence, vehicle artwork, signs, and branded materials • Communicate individually to each Dealer about the brand compliance check and coordinate with graphic designers to create "on-brand" solutions • Manage relationships with outside vendors • Manage/coordinate shared inbox for branded material requests • Assist in writing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP) • Assist in HR communications Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and communications • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with HeyOrca and Facebook Business Manager preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Company Description Sunward Electronics, a growing family-owned company, is seeking a creative Social Media and Communications Specialist to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and implement communication strategies.
