Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Media and Communications Specialist to join our team! Essential Job Duties: * Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Create and manage social media content calendars and schedule posts * Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and other changes * Collaborate with outside marketing agency on social media strategy * Create and edit engaging content, including blogs, PR articles, directory listings, and CRM email templates * Assist/coordinate video content creation * Manage the home office email communication through CRM application * Conduct a brand compliance check for all Dealers' online presence, vehicle artwork, signs, and branded materials * Communicate individually to each Dealer about the brand compliance check and coordinate with graphic designers to create "on brand" solutions * Manage relationships with outside vendors * Manage/coordinate shared inbox for branded material requests * Assist in writing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP) * Assist in HR communications Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and communications * Strong organizational and project management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with HeyOrca and Facebook Business Manager preferred * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits: * 100% Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage with standard plan option * 5% 401k match after 6 months * 6 paid holidays * Monthly bonuses after 6-12 months when company goals are met Company Description Sunward Electronics is a growing family-owned company that has been in business for over 30 years.
