    Job Details • Begin Date, ASAP • 8am-5pm Mon-Friday • Location - St. Paul • Full Time

    Compensation • $25/hr • Sick pay • Holiday pay • Retirement plan (401k) • Paid time off

    Job Duties

    • Schedule appointments • Manage social Media Accounts • Answer phone calls • Handle first level customer complaints and other issues. • Respond to voice messages and emails

    • Monitor appointment status • Review and update policies and procedures • Manage payroll • Manage inventory • Order parts and materials. • Recruit new hires and manage job postings. • Interview applicants.

    Job Requirements

    • Computer literacy (Must be able to efficiently type and use a PC/Internet) • Great written and verbal communication skills in the English language. • Ability to provide professional customer service • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Competency with basic math and grammar • Must be a US Citizen and can pass a background check.

    • Ability to self-teach and problem solve.

    • Competency with basic math and grammar

    • Ability to answer phone without delay or disruption. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc. • Management training or experience
