Super Dispatch is looking for a People Operations Coordinator & Recruiter who is skilled in talent acquisition and passionate about supporting a positive experience throughout the entire employee journey. You'll recruit and hire top talent, coordinate and improve people processes & talent acquisition, and support HR functions for our fully remote and distributed team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience owning the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to interviewing to offer letter, as well as experience in the People/HR space at startup or high-growth company.
What you'll do:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing & recruiting, to completing phone screens, to sending offer letters
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by posting clear job descriptions, providing clear and frequent communication to candidates, and following up promptly
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions, establish preferred candidate profiles, and determine screening criteria and competencies
- Coordinate with hiring teams to determine interview process, questions and focus areas, facilitate using the ATS, and provide training and guidance as needed
- Complete administrative hiring functions including posting open positions to relevant job boards and the ATS (Breezy), reviewing resume's and managing applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Collaborate with recruiting firms or partners as needed
- Build relationships with individuals and communities to develop a strong talent network of talent
- Promote the Super Dispatch brand and identify strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Assist with employee pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding by sending welcome emails and contracts, creating or deactivating accounts on company tools, and hosting first day welcome calls
- Support people operations functions including performance reviews, engagement and retrospective surveys, training & development initiatives, and stay interviews
- Be available as a trusted resources and contact to field employee questions and handle requests and issues
- Keep all people operations related documentation accurate and up to date
- Proactively identify ways to increase efficiency and continuously improve our recruiting strategies, hiring processes, and overall employee experience
- Assist with other tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed such as: managing the hardware inventory, updating the org chart, managing groups in company tools, etc.
- Cultivate and promote Super Dispatch's core values and culture throughout all levels of the organization
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in the People/HR space at startup or high-growth company.
- 2+ years of experience owning the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to interviewing to offer letter.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
