MISSION:

The mission for the Logistics Coordinator is to facilitate marketplace transactions by connecting shippers and carriers to transport vehicles using Super Dispatch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate between shippers and carriers to ensure vehicles are delivered through Super Dispatch
• Build relationships with carriers in our network and set them up to become partners
• Create and manage a carrier network based on region
• Communicate with shippers and carriers in order to broker transactions and ensure loads are being delivered
• Gather feedback from customers to share with product team for feature requests, and brainstorm ways to further improve and develop the platform
