About the Role:
You will be responsible for performing a number of tasks with the Events/Marketing team. You will need to be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will consist of traveling for marketing events, along with set up and breakdown.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all marketing and administrative tasks for SUPER73 events
- Handle essential event responsibilities: assist project manager with coordinating all event promotion, email marketing, social media marketing collaborate with vendors, set up registration websites, event branding
- Coordinate and collaborate with Events team and vendors at event venues
- Troubleshoot any technical difficulties that arise before or during events
- Coordinate and execute marketing tasks post-event
- Identify and executive improvements of the company events process through new technologies, cutting-edge design, and best practices for client experience
- Coordinate marketing support for all events
- Collaborate with our team to maximize ROI for all events
- Maintain/update event information for company website
- Keep a pulse on industry events and topics
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent
- Has 2-3 years experience of event coordination or support
- An good eye for exceptional event branding
- Ability to quickly master event technology applications (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, etc)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint a must, Word, Excel)
- Some experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign) is a plus
- Ability to travel for our in-person events; Must have a valid passport
- Ability to work weekends
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
