    About the Role:

    As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll be the first impression for SUPER73 and first point of contact for the applicants who apply to SUPER73 each month. You'll work closely with hiring managers, interviewers, human resources, and talent acquisition to ensure a memorable and delightful candidate experience for each applicant. You will work closely with the HR Specialist and assist in building a talent strategy and executing recruitment needs for the business.

You are consistently brainstorming new ways to improve candidate experience and can change direction quickly and easily adapt to curveballs. Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment. You're calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet. You enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recruit across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, Design, and Tech
    • Utilize the HRIS and ATS to stay up to date on applicant status and candidate communication
    • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers - collaborate with them to customize and execute sourcing strategies and hiring plans
    • Act as a business partner and resource to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
    • Manage the interview process: conducting interviews, ensuring the process runs smoothly and hiring teams can effectively assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
    • Reinvent the candidate experience; bring innovative ideas to the recruitment process
    • Coordinate all new hire onboarding initiatives; adding new hires into HRIS, coordinate onboarding schedules and new hire documents. 
    • Assist with HR programs and initiatives as needed, especially in key areas relating to onboarding, internship programs, employer branding, culture, learning and development, performance reviews
    • Assist with the development of integrate personnel policies and procedures, prepare handbook policies and procedures, and benefits administration
    • Support employees with daily questions, requests, or concerns

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 3+ years of HR experience
    • 1+ experience in recruiting
    • Prior experience in using an HRIS and ATS is a plus
    • Experience managing 10+ requisitions at a given time
    • Expertise in time management
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and impressive organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
