ABOUT THE ROLE

SUPER73 is seeking a multi-skilled Visual Designer to join our growing creative team. This role

will focus on concepting and executing visual branding, digital imaging, creative content

generation, and experiential design language that is on-brand, versatile, and forward thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with Art Director to execute for a variety of visual branding platforms:
  • Digital
  • Print
  • Imaging
  • Interactive
  • Environmental
  • Product
• Communicate effectively and maintain an efficient workflow between departments
• Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval
• Develop prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media
• Keep track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends
• Follow direction and operate within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exercise excellent design and craft standards with a strong eye for detail
• Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time and to the highest quality
• Share your knowledge with the team and seek to inspire and bring new ideas to the table

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience within a dedicated visual design role
• Bachelor’s degree in a design related field (eg: graphic design, interaction design, media design)
• Exceptional design aesthetics with professional portfolio to demonstrate
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Mastery of digital and print output processes, formats, and technical requirements
• Proficient in iterative design methodologies and design thinking
• Proficiency in photo post production and digital imaging
• Excellent work ethic with an ability to follow direction while working independently
• Strong communication skills
• Additional design/art related skills and experiences are a huge plus (eg: 3D, illustration, industrial design)

COMPENSATION:

The salary range in CA for this role is $66,000-$80,000 and represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
