    Job Description

    The Account Coordinator will join our world class AM Team, delivering safe, effective and fun, immersive and display advertising campaigns across the SuperAwesome Platform. Were looking for someone with a passion for media and that wants to carve out a genuine career in digital.

    The right candidate will be detail-oriented, incredibly driven and organised. They will have the opportunity to work with the tops kids brands and content owners as part of an excellence-driven team and will gain hands on experience in all aspects of advertising, campaign delivery, reporting and project management.

    Responsibilities

    • Work alongside the Account Management team to deliver digital campaigns across the SA Platform
    • Produce and manage campaign timelines ensuring an effective workflow for on-time delivery across all campaign work
    • Responsible for ensuring internal tools are updated and key insights and information is to hand for Sales and Finance team at all times
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and communicate with the Account Management and AdOps teams effectively to ensure campaign delivery and performance targets are met
    • Responsible for preparing client facing campaign reporting
    • Proactively streamline and automate internal processes and client facing processes to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
    • Develop an expert knowledge and understanding of all campaign delivery processes and client service excellence policies
    • Become a SuperAwesome expert across all kid-safe advertising regulations and SuperAwesome policies

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel
    • Final Cut Pro/Photoshop experience [bonus]
    • Experience within the digital advertising industry [bonus]
