  • Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for inventory stock checks, assisting with ordering NorCal/ SoCal order requisition requests, and identifying reason behind all returned product for the accurate record keeping of inventory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: EMPLOYEES TO INITIAL AS COMPLETED

    • Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time
    • Must wear all safety equipment (i.e. back support and steel toed shoes)
    • Review e-mails for urgent orders or stock checks
    • Take calls for any inventory check
    • Processing/filling all Northern/ Southern California order requisition request, create transfer orders and package to be shipped
    • Communicate with purchasing on items that cannot be filled for requisitions to have order placed directly with vendor to ship to location
    • Once a month assist and support Repair Team in processing and communicating write offs to accounting/purchasing
    • Work on all open orders, as it is assigned by Supervisor
    • Identify any equipment that needs to be serviced/repaired or any damage product
    • Process all returned equipment shipped from outside locations
    • Responsible for identifying and following up on all returned products that were shipped back
    • Responsible for following up on all call tagged products and make sure all returned product from patient has all necessary accessories and provide equipment to Repair-Maintenance Department
    • Provide support to any area/team within the warehouse
    • Confirm with dispatch any item left behind in staging area to ensure no deliveries were missed
    • Maintain the warehouse clean, stocked, and organized
    • Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management
    • Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
    • To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
    • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment

    EDUCATION AND OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • Graduate from accredited High School
    • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75lbs on a daily basis
